REQUEST FOR GRANT
The name of the organization is Anew Haven Program The organization is filled with sanitation staff . The purpose of this grant is to seek funding to assist low property areas in enacting a sanitary and effective clean-up program. Jenn Kans, Inc would love to partner with Prince George County Workforce Development office, Non- Profits, Criminal Justice System to engage the youths and help the communities in our efforts to clean up the neighbourhood.
The funding offered as a result of this grant will be used to pay for roll-off dumpster trucks (which will be the major vehicle used for transportation), man-power, rental dues, supplies and equipment, and miscellaneous items that will be needed to begin the project in the low property areas and other repertoires.
Jennifer Brown, the founder is a health expert who has a heart for helping those who can’t help themselves. As such, there is no doubt that she will work tirelessly to make the project a success. Also, the organization, Jenn Kans, Inc, is full of industrious and creative workers who wish to use this grant to bring about a sanitary and well-kept environment for the low property areas that are currently dealing with air pollution due to the unhealthy way their garbage is being taken care of. In this proposal, it will be explicitly stated the statement of need, organization summary, mission, vision, target population, staff information, organization/project narrative, occurrence of events, expected outcome, project sustainability and dissemination, budget, evaluation, conclusion and ways we wish to make it a success.
STATEMENT OF NEED
A good neighbourhood is mostly indicated by its well-kept homes and yards. This special feature helps attracts tourists, increase the revenue of the area and also keep the occupants in a healthy condition. Other factors like a low crime rate, a good transportation system and so on. Nevertheless, it is very difficult to maintain or even acquire these factors if the environment is littered with garbage.
If we are to take a critical look at things, we will see that the areas that the government mostly used for television commercials are neat areas. Ironically, the duty of cleaning up these areas is not fully that of the inhabitants.
